And You Will Seek Me and Find Me when You Search for Me with All Your Heart.—Jeremiah 29:13
At Lakeholm Church of the Nazarene, we want your family to find its place of ministry. Whether you have an infant, toddler, preschooler, or elementary-age child, there is a place for everyone! We all have a story, and it is our desire to help each child find their place in the story of God and "Discover the Story of God." If you have questions about the Children's Ministry, we would love to talk to you!
Please contact Pastor Mindy Schemrich (email@example.com) to receive further instruction on how you can get connected and invest in this vital ministry area.

Our midweek is called "The Journey", where your child will discover the story of God through large group lesson, worship, memory work, games and crafts. This is also the time for those who are interested in Bible Quizzing to learn the material they need for each quiz meet.
For the 2021-22 season we are studying the books ofJoshua, Judges, & Ruth, on Wednesday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, starting September 8th, 2021 for K-6th graders.
All are welcome to come on Wednesday. If your child does not want to compete, they can still use this time on Wednesdays to discover the story of God.
For those children that would like to participate in quiz meets, they can purchase the quiz book. The cost to quiz is $10/person, and this includes all materials for the season. Bible Quizzing is for K–6th graders.
We participate in many of the events offered through the North Central Ohio District, including NCO's Got Takent, Bible Quizzing, Preteen Retreat, Kid's Camp, and District Assembly. These times of fellowship allow to build friendships with other children on our district.
One of the main highlights of the year is our Kid's Summer Camp. Children's camps are at the Pleasant Valley Ranch in Perrysville, OH. There is a week of Primary Camp, for children who have completed 1st-3rd grade; and a second week of Preteen Camp, for children who have completed 4th-6th grade.
Children's camp is a memorable experience for each child and allows each one to experience a deeper walk with Jesus.
Please see Pastor Mindy Schemrich for questions and/or applications.
