Nate & Hope Owens

The Owens family serves at Olathe Westside Church of the Nazarene, in Olathe, Kansas, where Nate serves as Children’s Pastor.

Before coming to Westside, the Owens family served as missionaries from 2018 to 2024. Their journey began in The Philippines working for the Asia-Pacific Region, then took them to Kenya and the Africa Region.

Before their missionary service, the Owenses were no strangers to cross-cultural ministry. Nate’s parents also served as Nazarene missionaries in Jordan, Egypt, and Senegal. Hope served as a volunteer missionary in South Korea and Kenya.

They have a passion for the global kingdom of God, and they love to build bridges between people from different cultures.
